We stopped at a random field to see how food actually grows on soil. We don’t see any crop field here in Singapore. The thing that quickly captured our attention was the clear, fast-moving water in the drain used to irrigate the field.
We were childish then. We picked up some dried leaves and placed them on the water just to see whose leaf moved the fastest. I, being the most child-like, wanted to disturb their little competition by throwing rocks in the water, trying to hit one of the leaves. One of my friend was taking pictures of us doing whatever we were doing.
Unfortunately the water splashed on my friend’s camera.
No real damage tho. He bragged himself as most skilled photographer in the group. (Photo credit: J.T.)
